You may be lucky and find the original foam but its most likely to have deteriorated to dust by now. Look for alternative NOS headphones from Altai and those cheapies you used to get in Woolies. The pads may have survived.
I have two sets of 1980's Sony headphones spare. But I'll have to look for them.

Don't forget that your TC-150 & TC-55 units are mono so stereo phones won't work that well.
