I'm not sure what you want for £20 but most watch hoarders know what they've got stashed in their drawers and aren't gonna part with them for £20...or did you miss a zero off the end of your budget amount? Because that's what you're gonna need to buy something classy, unusual and reasonably nice

This looks very like the watch i have on now - but there are a load of variants. I got mine in an Amazon sale for around £12 and it really is fantastic - cheap, waterproof, 3 alarms and it works after at least 2 years - what more could you want?
I expect the strap will break sometime in the next 5 years but for £12, I will cope although that will be a sad day.
I know it is a bit ordinary but it WORKS!

Maybe I was a bit tongue in cheek earlier re the gold Casio (although I do have the silver one - £6 eBay...love it!), but if you google "skeleton watch" you will come across some interesting and unusual designs.
Like this on Amazon, £12, which I actually think looks pretty cool! Can't testify to its build quality, but if just for a costume piece, then it's surely worth the punt!
