Yes indeed, now have a mountfield petrol. This has been sat in storage for a while. Any RBers keen can of course do a discount ;)

I have a mountfield petrol I bought (because it was reasonably cheap) from B&Q some years back. I've never maintained it, thoroughly abused it, never once changed the oil or plug, and it's never yet let me down.

And now I've said that, it'll go bang next time I use it.

Yeah, ours seems pretty good and is a few years old being a hand me down from the 'rentals. Bought a new blade for it and had to fiddle with the carb to get it running at the start of this year, other than that spot on.

Assume you have the Condor to keep the Estate in good shape Gazz?

The gardener does not trust me with it, bugger that he is.

Between me and you I use my harrier 48 when he slopes off to the Chelsea flower show.

Had it 13 years now and never had it serviced  never failed to start each season, good old fashioned British design and engineering with a quality american engine.
