). Personally, I use a couple on rotation as I suffer from shin-splints and tight calves.
They can be chilled in freezer for 2 hours or you can put in microwave for few seconds depending on what you require. For sports injuries best to get one with an elasticated sleeve as you can apply a decent amount of compression at same time.
