Great solid van, 2.0hdi (90hp) with 76K on the clock which tallies with old MOT's.
Originally Edinburgh city council van and the converted semi professionally to a 2 berth camper.
35+mpg, electric hook up, 3 way fridge, 2 burner hob, insulated and lined walls and roof and lino floor.
3 seats up front. Metallic blue (a rover shade I believe) a few blebs of surface rust on sills and rear arches but a good solid bus as our mechanic and MOT tester described it. MOT August tax July. It has done 1k since rear brake overhaul, cambelt kit and new radiator, rear shocker and a front wheel bearing were fitted.
Great setup for retrobikers as pride and joy travels in the van and will also fit when you are sleeping in it.
It's not a vw t5 but the engine is as good if not better that the vw t5s (88hp) and it's a fraction of the price.
