Currently leaning towards an iPhone4 or 4s to hopefully minimise the IT support required.

Cash waiting for the right phone at the right price on vodafone or unlocked :D

Updated. Definitely after an Iphone now.

Probably a 4S to make the upgrade worthwhile. Should be quite a few about once people start getting 4G iphone5s :)

Not a 100% fair comparison given yours is the previous generation and quite possibly locked to a network other than the one the phone is to be used on.

Anyhow no longer looking, seen the price on a Nexus 4 so going to pick up one of these when released. Thanks to those who have PM'd or offered something in the thread.
