i'm 6'1" and have a 40" chest. It is a loose fit and keeps my arse dry. I also have very long arms, and my sleeves tend to poke out of the bottom, getting soggy.
<Measurements of the actual jacket are:

Collar-hem :36"
Sleeve cuff-armpit : 18"
armpit-armpit : 24" (so 48" around in total)
20" across the shoulders, seam-seam

If it wasn't for the short arms I'd definitely be keeping it.
