A friend of mine has got this bike rack for sale, and I said i'd offer it here for sale as well.

It's a typical car-mounted bike rack, only it's specifically designed to fit a 4x4 with a tailgate-mounted spare wheel.

She paid about £80 for it around a year ago, and now only wants £15 for it.

Due to size and shape, courier will be the only option, and you'd be looking at a maximum of £10 posted in the UK, on top of the asking price.

How does it attach?

I have been looking at ones that bolt into the wheel nut holes.

Don't know where you are either, I am driving up and down a fair bit so possibly could collect.

It attaches in a conventional way for one of these - with rubber coated hooks/clamps that fit in the panel-gap at the top and side of the tailgate, plus there's two additional straps for under the bumper..

The only thing that makes this different, really, is the part the bikes are held on - being longer to clear the spare wheel on the back of a 4x4.

I'm located aroud Silverstone.. :D
