picked one up recently off e-bay for £25, might be worth looking there
There are a lot of cheap ones on ebay you can get though I am not sure if you could consider them to be of top notch quality. I picked up a couple of cheap ones before and they were just right for regular use and bashing. But if you are looking for something that will get you through a longer time, you might as well get a good branded one just to be sure.
