thats very cool in a minimalist way

future before its time?

i like it! shame it takes me ages to tell the time on an analouge watch

That's rather nice - any authenticity certs? ( I doubt it TBH after 40 years!)

Does it still tell the time correctly?

Tempted!

just polished the back and its definitely gold, as to authenticity, no way of knowing without popping it open. As there are no leverage points, I'm not going to attempt it.

Just set it to my own Citizen quartz driven and its keeping time with a sweeping second hand rather than a 'tick, tick, tick' style, more t,t,t,t,t,t,t,t,t,t,

That's a steal - these are typically over £200 I think...

The 1960's ones were the best built of all, before they started costing them down.

Tis a lovely looking watch, and if I can sell a couple of Tag's I have on ebay at the moment, I'll be knocking your door for this.... ;)

No dibs/commitments til then tho... ;)
