Dutch company "Crazy Stuff" make these cool helmets for kids, just got my youngest this one...

If you have a small head....

as you can see they come with a matching chin strap

Review, It is not a hard shell helmet but it does feel a bit thicker/harder than most microshells I have had.
I really like it but the quality of the gluing could be better as there are a few gaps at the edges where the polystyrene and shell don't quite marry up due to the complex shape.
