This bloke is mega, I bought a bargain bike which came within days and was thoroughly and carefully wrapped. I built it up lunch time same day and spent the evening trying to index the gears but couldn't get it right - e-mailed Dave to know if he had any specific hints and he said the chain is quite old. Dave has ordered a new one up for me which he's sending on!
A champion of decency and upright good manners, and a very highly recommended trader.

I would encourage people to read Chris's link and draw their own conclusions. I would repeat that a refund was offered to Chris though.
