Very reliable and very polite (an often overlooked quality in this modern world of ours), a pleasure to do business with.

Chain ring received. Good condition, great deal. Thanks for sending it to the States.

On a personal note, you come across like a well adjusted, good natured guy. A real credit to our good name, despite the possibility that my forefathers may have seen fit to leave your forefathers back in the old country.

cheers
