I just had 2 deals that didn't go as planned. Won't name and shame.
1) Stem that was measured weld to weld instead of the normal centre-centre making it 2 cm longer than stated and I'd have passed if I'd known.
2) Wheel where seller finds out afterwards that postage was underquoted.
Again - would have passed if correct postage was quoted in correspondance.
I think we need consensus on how to measure stuff like
width of bars, stem length, crank length
And a common policy about agreements on postage.
