Blimey, LGF can pack a bike frame, almost got lost in the box shifting polystyrene and cardboard before finally feasting my eyes on the beautiful Nishiki Cascade. Top marks for the king of recycling and he's a good communicator to boot 8)

I sent the chap a box of old bicycle bits, he then sent me a box of old bicycle bits. There was no vulgar exchange of money involved, the fellow has far too much class for that.
