yep, what you have there is a 1995 Haro Shredder Deluxe. These were usually on the lower range of bikes for Haro so their value isnt very high. It's up to the individual if its worth fixing up a bike. Looks like most the parts are original so I would just give that bike a good clean and some new grips and tyres.

I would also say it's not a bad looking ride and that if it was cleaned first and sorted then you would have a great loooking ride - some time it doesn't have to be big buck to be a cool ride
