Sorry this is slightly OT what with the bmx content.
I'd value your collective opinion as to wether i should fit the steel or the carbon fork to this build.

They're heavy so they don't snap in half when you come up short on that 30ft double in your 2nd moto after tangling elbows with another chap .
 
go with the carbon mate if your not jumping 20ft dirt ;)

LG's look nice but are bloody heavy :roll: :LOL:

carbon's look cool on that, so that what i would go with ;)
 
No contest, if your riding trails/tracks has to be steel.

Other alternative is trying a modern '24 fork on it form the likes of S&M or Standard, bet they're quite light these days :D
