What suspension BMX is this?

does anyone recognise this rather odd looking suspension BMX bike? It's one of the bizarrest bikes I've seen in a long while,

yes! the last one I saw was yellow and in 1990 - but cant remember the name... :cry: it has been mentioned on this site though:

Looks like it could possibly be a Cinzia? They are weird weird weird but get alot of attention.
