Skyway tuff III

I bought a bmx for my lad to ride the streets on , I don't think I'd class it as retro
. It's a 96/97? (Quill stem instead of ahead) Redline RL-240 and it has a pair of Skyway tuff III wheels , personally I think they're dead ugly and intend to replace them with a set of spoked wheels that I can keep true. Are they worth selling or should I keep them as spares?

Hi there carlos - can you pm me a pic of them - are the 5 or 3 spoke and are you sure there not tuff II's

As you can see they're defintately tuff III's 3 spoke ,I've had a google and can't find much out about them with regard to release/manufacture dates and have no idea of their value.

I know the one's you mean now

these were never as popular as the 5 spoke tuff

best thing to do is put them on ebay and sell them - put a starting price on them and see where they go ? as you say, not to every one's taste but some one might like them as there skyways - once sold you can buy a set of mags that you like
