USA made SE alloy Quadangle circa 1997

got a couple of pics of my 97 SE qlloy Quad
these were the last Quads made in the USA by SE before production moved to Fuji in the far east

very light, very stiff, nice & long & awesome to look at

its also got new unused inch &1/8th threadless Landing Gear forks

i had 2 of those, very long tt, both were xxl i think. very stable and fast. unfortunately this was before the coming of digital pix for me so no fotos on the pc. :cry:

the quad was the bike in my day. eventually got one s/h in 1985 after i sold my pk ripper.

my mate still has 85 quad but wont part with it.

unfortunately for me long term permanent injury means i'll never ride BMX again (might be able to ride MTB into work gently) so as mentioned earlier this one is up for grabs
would make an awesome rider, light, stiff & long

this frame was the inspiration for me getting mine repowdered and for anyone considering buying this I say DO IT! they look/ride amazing built up!
