Basically yes.
Alansbmx.com has an old school parts section. A lot of OG stuff has crazy prices but re-pop stuff is available.
You would get better and more specific advice on radbmx forum or facebook page. This section is pretty quiet.
 
If you know what you want I can rake the bins at Edinburgh Bike Station, the biggest bike recycling centre in Scotland.
