So i picked up a 2012 FreeAgent Telum at the dump the other day. Knew it was a decent bit of kit just by looking at it. Think their parent company is KHS. $419 at one time apparently. Needs a crank arm and bottom bracket before it gets gifted to my nephew. i have the drive side crank arm but the non drive side was awol and the bottom bracket def needs replaced. Its a mid bottom bracket as well.
Scouring ebay i found these cranks which have a far larger number of splines, which to me look a bit flimsy given the larger 8 spline arm which i currently have. Plus the cheapness makes me raise an eyebrow. The lad isnt going to be going mental on it, i know that for sure. So will these do? Other options tend to get a bit pricier. Thanks in advance.
