Check the back of the seat tube for a serial number. I think there should be one there if it is a Burner.

The BB number you posted doesn't look like the correct format for Raleighs of the era and only 531 bikes had the number stamped under the BB. It should have a serial starting with 2 letters on the back of the seat tube. Mind that's the seat tube, not the seat post.

Ok that does throw new light onto it, i have a Universal Panther and it has both Gussets and Loop Tail, I am guessing it cold be a budget brand from the 80's similar to my Universal. Either way its a good basis for a project and a blank canvas for you to make your mark
