My mate has one in his shed 
, says it's a "night burner" would this be right ?, it's chrome with an oval downtube, no gussets, wire wheels and a layback seatpost, pads are not on it so i'm assuming those are lost , look's in reasonable nick, light surface rust on the frame, i recon it'll need the usuall strip down new tyres, cables, re-grease bearings etc.
What year would this bike be ?
I've offered him £50 do you think this is reasonable ?
