UK BMX framebuilding legend Brian and Andrew Denham are crowd funding a framebuilding academy in Frome, Somerset.
If you fancy building a frame with Brian, have a look at their project:

The very small catch (or sweetener, depending on your prespective) is that you don't get to keep your first frame, which may be rideable, but not the best frame ever. It will be used by the charity Re~cycle to generate frames for Africa that will be donated once made into working bicycles.

They're already over half way there after a few days, with 42 people signed up, but would always welcome more sign-ups.
