Colnago Ovaltitan help.....when were they built?

Colnago Ovaltitan's.....I've been searching and searching and I'm thinking they were built in 2000 but was hoping someone else would be able to chime in and tell me what years they were built. Any Colnago road wizards out there that may have sold them back then?

The oval titan was made after the bitube titan at least. I have a magazine with a review of the bititan if that helps. The magazine must be dated around -94 or something. I remember Toni Rominger rode the bititan.

Thanks...I did find a couple references showing 99-early 2000 production....Prior to the introduction of the Oval Master Ti.

A mate rode a colnago titan (dont remeber it being oval tho') at around that time. I distinctly remember his was bought new as a non stock item and was custom built for him by colnago, going through a colnago dealer. Perhaps yours also is a non-stock model, hence no general info on them is on t'web.
BTW, he never told us how much he paid, but it was megabucks.

I have one in Mapei colours Ovalmaster titanium. I too have not checked out the frame no' to get the date but I think it could be 02.
