Picked this up today after seeing an ad in a week old local rag.... the ad read. dinateck racer £45 gave the guy a call and he said he had been using it for going to work but had got another bike so he was selling this.

Went round this morning and found this with a flat bar. commuter stem. a mix of wienman brakes shimano sis shifters odd wheels and a sunrace rear derallieur. Looked really sad except for what it all hung on. I said I didnt want the bars or the derallieur and wasnt too woried about the wheels and asked him how much without

30 quid!! :D :D :D :D He's lucky he still has an arm,

Any way cleaned up with the crappy bits off it looks like this and its my size too.

Ive got campy 8 speed ergos. chainset, rear mech, seatpost, front wheel and one brake so just have to source a rear wheel with a 8 speed cassette and another caliper......
Next stop the wanted section

Then ride some :D

You can also rebuild the ergos to run 9 speed. Mercian have the parts or do a rebuild service for around £30 if I remember right.

The joys of Campag compered to the fishing tackle people 8) !
