I removed my bottom bracket as the sr chainset I acquired was fouling the frame. the bb that was in there was a 68/ 122. this seems to be the largest square taper bb that shimano do. i need another 2mm to clear the frame...

has anyone got any solutions? or perhaps I have done something wrong that you can answer....please help!!

Shimano still make a 127mm UN54:

but you might get away with a 2mm spacer under the fixed cup. Sturmey Archer hub spacers work well for this if you don't have something made for the job.
