My old, pre war?? Dawes has a head set that is similar to "normal" but also very modern. A race on the fork but nothing in the frame, just a oversize taper in the frame. IE looks a bit like cheap race but is part of the frame. Ditto the top. Just like these modern integrated ones but instead of two locking nuts it has a bolted clip. Come across the clip before but not the built in race. Nothings new.
