I have a Dawes frame which I think is pre war or not far off.It had Resilion brakes and those very narrow and deep dropped bars. The SA hubs was not original I think. The right chainstay has a small rectanguler bracket underneath (about halfway along) with two slots of the sort of size that would carry a 5mm bolt. any ideas. Doesn't look as if a Resilion gear needs this fitting. What do you think.
