I have an old mavic front mech, 28.6mm band clamp, allen key bolts etc.

is it chromed steel or titanium?
whatis the bar/stem piece made of?

very unusual and showy. Dont make it into a fixie for trend purposes. Its meant to be a full-on geared road bike.

Yes, great cranks and fork. And the saddle as well - what is it?
