Thanks again. I'm now contemplating saving my coins and buying super record in order to deck my bike out similar in quality to my current ride (which has 2008 Record on it - see pic). It just means I need to convert all of the old Shimano 600 and Campy 990 over to a standard C-Record or something... Costly but may be well worth it in the end if I decide to keep it...

980 was bottom of the range at the time IIRC, still nice though.
