Circa 1988 F.W. Evans touring frame. I bought this based on some crappy pictures hoping it would be the ATB version, but it isn't, and its too big for me anyway. It was advertised as 19", but it 21.5" c-c!
The paintwork is quite poor, but its only light surface rust.
Is it worth anything?

It's surely worth at least what you paid for it. Try selling it on the CTC forum, always a demand for good touring frames - which this appears to be.

[quote="uno-speedo"]Hi Guys,

I am looking for an appraisal (£) on my steel beautifully fillet-brazed USA made (not classic) Curtlo road frame and Easton EC90 Superlite fork, will include the Ritchey seatpost and Cane Creek S-3 headset. The frame, fork and parts are about 4/5 years old with no dents or dings, some minor scratches and cable rub from typical use. Bike is shown dirty!

Thanks!

Not sure how much your bike is worth, but if you ever think of selling it, let me know, loving it!

Re the Bianchi Caurus 908, looks clean and complete but alas it also looks very 80's in the pink and orange. Chromor tubes and RX100 are very low level I'm afraid so I'd be surprised if you'll get £100 on eBay. That said, the Bianchi name must add a premium.

Has anyone any ideas how much a NOS Raleigh Vector is worth?

Also, and probably of more interest - a Raleigh Ti Team bike from 1980 - this bike was presented to a member of the Moscow Olympic team by Raleigh. I know the chap who it was presented to - he died very recently - a sad loss to my town and me.

Both of the above bikes - there are 2 Vectors, belong to the owner of a bike shop and he has asked me to get a rough price - therefore no pics. The Raleigh is Campag equipped and i think it is NOS too.

Thanks all,

Richard

I almost hate to comment since I know there are so many Raleigh experts here but that team bike has to be worth a fortune, particularly if you have a traceable provenance and it is NOS. My guess is somewhere between $2500 and $3500 USD or more depending on whose bike it was.

What sort of price could this Viscount Sprint frame fetch?
It came with a Shimano Octalink bottom bracket fitted, would that detract from the price or add to it?
Thanks

Hi I've got a 1967 426N the scot (flying scot) tourer/ road racer picked up recently. Wondering on how much there going for? It could benefit from a restoration. Black. From what I can see its original. Original brown leather brooks seat. Rear mud guard and the bars above it.

Its not letting me add pics atm but will try later.

Thanks in advance

Hi bike fans.

I've found this bike and it has got my attention!

It's an MBK and really that's all I know about it!

The seller is not a cyclist but has a friend who is a cyclist and he has told the seller that it's worth 500 euros??? I've knocked the guy down with the price from 500 euros to 400 euros, he won't go any lower with the price!!

I was wondering if any of you guys know anything about MBK or this particular MBK and importantly is it worth the 400 euros???

Any knowledge about the bike and advice on the price would be very much appreciated.

If I purchase it I might turn it into a fixed?

Thanks very much. :)
