Who is shipping it,seller? They can use Poste Italiane which is not cheap but there are other curriers available online. Google is a place to find that. Recently I paid 50 euro just for a frame but that was during height of corona issues. Now I’d ask seller or plough the net a bit. A bit of a faff if not Italian speaker as myself. I’m picking a bike or two tomorrow as will be in north Italy anyway with a car. Good luck.

Hi everyone,

A very good friend of mine has decided to clear his hoard of bikes. He's nearly 81 years old but would fool anyone who doesn't know it. They all need work from being stored for many years, but they're all solid with quality components.

I'm listing them for valuations first and foremost but if anything interests you then speak up. It's important to him and me that these go to good homes, and I believe that only listing them on here we'll succeed in that goal.

First up is :
Mercian
21 inch c to c
Cinelli stem and bars
Shimano 105 groupset
Slr Levers
Dura ace front brake
Weinmann rear brake
It has a pair of wheels included.

I have lots of pics but due to limitation to 8 i'll only put a few on of each bike. Extra pics can be sent on request.

Next up :
Holdsworth
21.5 inch
531 tubing
105 Groupset
Cinelli bars and stem
Campag hubs
Look pedals

Bought new in 1973..

I have been advised that this is a Cronometro and is scarcer than most. I will try and find out more as well as sourcing measurements.

Thanks.

Mercian - needs full restoration especially with the chrome the way it is - £250 maximum, may not even get that.

Barry Hoban - £100 - £200 at best

Holdsworth - £450 and upwards

These are just my own faffings and estimations based on watching the winds of the ebay market
