Thanks for that. The JRJ moved around a lot! I sold it, bought it back, re-sold it, got it back and then sold it again. I think it eventually just wore out!

The Dave Russell I intend to use next season in the 'Old Skool' time trial series if possible.

As we are discussing Road/Path frames, how about this one for a bit of variety!

Ah, Brooks Swallow, Nervex Pro Lugs, underslung stem (Titan?). A proper classic.

Thanks Ned.

The stem's a GB 531 - the bars and brake are also GB. Most of the running gear is 1970s Campag Record, pedals are TA, and the saddle's a repro B17 Swallow made by the chap who used to do repairs for Brooks.

The gear's 44:15 - a bit higher than I normally ride.

I was hoping to treat her to a trip home to Derby for a proper refurb for her 50th, but life got in the way. I'd also planned to collect some more period-correct (and British) parts for the rebuild, but with the prices of nice 1950s gear these day, that may have to wait for the lottery win.
