Hi All

Just bought this Peugot Frame and Fork Reynolds 753. The guy used it to race in the 1990 commonwealth games (IOM Team). It is very light.

Going to build it up as a single speed.

May need a respray but not sure yet. Will keep you posted.

Now that's curious, good looking frame but never seen them decals on a peugeot before. Any experts about?

Very possibly another builder's frames painted up as Peugeots, e.g. the ANC-Halfords team bikes were actually built by Brian Rourke!

Frame stripped and ready for the respray tomorrow.

The decals were actually stencilled on.

Will have a good look befor it goes to see if there is any markings on any of the tubes.

Cheers

Andy

Serial no Y1192627
Also the gussets where the top/down tube join the stearer tube are branded BCM and stamped 72 and 61.

Don't know if this means anything to anyone.

On a plus note it's now all stripped and at the paint shop for a nice new shiney paint job.
