Would you reckon is feasible (and sensible) to fit 28c tires on 13mm rims?
They are Panaracer tires, very skinny to be 28c (way thinner than the 28c Gatorskin), but they are still 28c...
Panaracer always undersize their tyres.
I have run Michelin Pro4 Endurance 28c on Ambrosio Balance (also 13mm width) for the last 3 years on my winter bike with no problems.
Your answer made me very happy.
A. It means I'm not crazy when I say the Panaracer 28 are visually smaller than the gatorskin.
B. It means I can buy new alloy rims to fit on my Peugeot!

As real measurement goes, how do I go on and measure it? Because it would depend, in part, on what rim is mounted on, right?
