Having recently purchased a Mavic front mech in error with the wrong ('French pattern') style of braze-on frame fitting as per -

- does anyone know if any form of adaptor plate is available to convert it to a standard pattern braze-on? Moreover, if one exists that bolts straight on to a Look frame in place of the usual front mech hanger using two allen bolts, that would be even better. Want to avoid clamp-on solutions as they may sqaush the carbon tubes. Thanks in advance for ideas.
