Campagnolo dropouts - when did they first appear?

Hi,
A friend of mine has sent me pics of a barn find bike which I'm sure is a Flying Scot dating from 1952 going by the frame number. It has long Campagnolo rear dropouts with holes for adjuster screws but I thought they came out after the 50s. Does anyone know when those dropouts first came to market?
Cheers,
Mark.

Re:

Thanks, I kind of answered my own question by looking on here at old Campag catalogues and the 1010 forged ones were in number 17 which is from 1953.
Much earlier than I thought so it could have been built with them after all. What made me wonder was the fact that the fork ends don't look like Campag.

Re:

Definitely Campagnolo rears but the front look like Cyclo or similar with a long point at the rear of the dropout. I don't have a good picture of them yet, will have to wait until the bike lands in my garage.
