Frame identification help needed

. The Initials RGF however refer to Raccord Gargette Freres who were the manufacturers of the Bottom bracket shell. I did think that it could even be a Johnny Berry frame but maybe it is a bit too modern?
Thanks for the comment. I really would like to know just for the raison that I'm going to restore it. Just a question if it was a Johny Berry frame it should have a serial number? the only number I discover was 56 in the frame and a strange number and letters in the fork....

Question is.. where did you find the bike? Your screen name suggests you might be posting from Portugal or Spain, or South America, which countries have their own indigenous framebuilders.. which I for one know very little about.
I've never heard of Piazza dropouts. Looks like a nice enough late '60s-early '70s(?) road frame, anyway.

I am from Portugal, Oporto and the history of this bike is as follows:
It was given to me by a French immigrant who spent many years in France in the 60's to 80. Unfortunately he died and I did not know anything else about this bicycle history. My idea was to somehow pay tribute by restoring the closest to the original if I could know. Then I post more pictures of the dropouts and frame if you want. Thanks all for the reply's
