27" Wheel - hub question

Hi all

Managed to get a decent 27" wheelset at the last minute on eBay for a good price but didn't look before I bought and ended up with 10mm bolts.

My front dropout is a standard 9mm QR type. I thought about filing the dropouts to take a 10mm bolt but now I'm thinking I can just pick up an inexpensive QR front wheel - Weinmann or Wilkinson or something like that.

I can't find any info online but I take it these types of front wheel are a standard 9mm Axle?

Cheers

EDIT: For reference this is for an old CB frame which I don't think is worth very much. 1980s 531 tubing. Just restoring it for a run around bike.

Re:

The easy way is to file down the tops of the front axle threads where they protrude from the lock nuts.
