Are you asking or stating? All the ones I have seen have been band on.

Re: Info: Suntour Power Shifters can be fitted using braze on

I suspect you have to have the correct Suntour brazed-on boss.

Not all brazed-on bosses are the same.

Re: Info: Suntour Power Shifters can be fitted using braze on

Bolt 17 is not exactly the same as Campag but is close enough to screw into a brazed on boss.

Re:

I've previously tried disassembling the band on version to fit onto standard campag-fit bosses and couldn't do it. The main problem was the levers are too fat (or bosses are too short) to allow you to fit all the washers and make them work properly.

Old Ned is probably right - there may be specific bosses.

Btw, they were the best working levers of their day. Far better than the simpIex/mavic sprung version. I have a suntour retrofriction bar con on one bike and its great - easy to pull back and no cable slippage the other way

I'm stating the facts, for general info purposes and posting the Suntour Power Shifters diagram showing braze on connections, which I have never seen before.........

Maybe so, but look at the shape of the backing plate (labelled 2 and 3).
