Where can you get cleats for toe clips?

A new old concept for me :oops: if you see what I mean.

May go for toe clips on my current project, but where can you get cleats/shoe plates for them? Or can you just cut a groove in normal ones ? ! :shock:

SJS cycles has them by the looks of it, called "track cleats".
Good place to look for those odd bits that other shops don't stock tbh.

Those ex pedals your looking for might give you a problem, I have a set but they don't have any end caps and need a rebuild also they are only medium cages I'm guessing you'll need a large.

Thanks for the links mate! Is it not possible to use shoe plates with just a slot in them?

As the frameset is confirmed as an '86 model, I could get away with clipless, but would not look as nice I think
