Typical lo-pro style :). Doesn't have a name like the "90" iirc. Nice :)

There were several builders who made that style of TT frame BITD. Not sure if Dave was one of them. Are both wheels 700C?

Dave usually used the prefix LL.

I say usually because some of his early frames (which may not have been made by Dave himself) didn't have the LL prefix.
 
If both wheels are 700c then size isn't really a massive issue as you can adjust seat/bars. With my Dave llloyd lo pro there isn't much movement to the smaller guy but a lot the other way. I do like the stance though and like seeing more lo pros on the road... Buy it and ride

Have decided to sell the frameset aswell as wheela/bar end shifters and bars
Will post on road section later tonight
