IBA mid-80's bike - information or valuation.

Does anyone have any knowledge of this bike.

Believed to be made by IBA, Portugal, mid-80's, Shimano 600 EX groupset.

Been in storage for a while. Probably needs some TLC (Brake pads, cables, grease etc)
