Hello. I bought this 531 Professional frame handbuilt by Harry Hall. As I could find out reynolds 531 Pro was used between 1982 and 1989 but I can not see any date or frame number to know a more precise building date. Can any one give more information?

Its never easy to date a Harry Hall precisely. Harry never built frames, they were supplied from various 'good' builders. The existing shop don't seem to have any interest in their heritage and without and components to help date, your 82/89 would be the best guess.

Harry did have an 'on site' builder for at least one period - Roger Kowalski. But this was earlier than the time of this frame. Roger later went and built Brian Rourke's frames.
Harry is the one wielding the file. Wether he always did this or just for the photo is not known!
