Various people seem to have been able to get info about old ALAN frames by emailing the company. I've tried alfa@alanbike.it twice now with no response, once in English and once in Italian. Is there another address or something else that I'm missing?

I got an answer back in July in less than a day from the same address. Could your mail be going to spam for some reason or attachments too large?

Hard to see why. No attachments, two line email asking for details of the bike based on the serial number. I'll try again in a couple of weeks, but I don't want to keep pestering if he's got better things to do.
