General advice needed, but since I'm only returning to cycling after a rap of over 30 years, there are many things I don't know lol.
I am doing a trike up, and it has a Suntour five speed rear block, and will have a replacement Shimano biopace chainset fitted, non indexed gears.
The existing chain is pretty manc, so I will be replacing that.
But this is where the level of my ignorance kicks in. I know I don't need a chain suitable for a 10 or 11 speed. But what chain do I go for? Am I right in thinking it will be a standard 3/32 thickness, with 1/2 links?
What is an SRAM chain?
And considering I won't be doing mega miles, but I still don't want to buy a cheapo job, any recommendations on the make of chain?
