Hi,
Does anyone know anything about this bike! I got it this week in a bit of a state but has campagnolo wheels and gear sets and changer etc, cinelli handlebars but can't seem to find out anything about the frame, appears to be aluminium as the paint is bubbling off but there is no rust, any help appreciated? Trying to work out if it is worth the work to restore.

Old time trial bike. Looks probably mid 90s. Definitely worth restoring.

A bit of googling finds a Dave Warren who rides with Ribble Valley CRC:

I suspect the frame's been refinished and the name belongs to the rider rather than the maker. The Burrows aero seatpost made me think it might be a Giant, but I can't find anything that matches. It's certainly aluminium.

It's also likely the frame was bought separately and the groupset was transferred over from a slightly older bike. I'd guess the frame is circa Y2K to early noughties, and the Cinelli Angel bar is a similar age, while the rear 12-spoke Shamal dates from '96-'97.
