Torino Chimera ? has anybody heard of one ?

Hi All,

Recently discovered a "torino chimera", it looks a nice bike but cant seem to find any results on Google etc.
Just hoping somebody could shed some light on it, year its made or other info would be appreciated.
Picture attached is of the bike in question.

Chimera in Greek mythology is a fire-breathing female monster with a lion's head, a goat's body, and a serpent's tail.

Should be a fun ride :D

Is this a Raleigh?

Looking at the brake levers and the red/green/white stripes I wouldn't be surprised to discover it is Italian.
